Trying Bindu Yoga in West Palm Beach (Palm Beach Post)

My friend and former co-worker, Antigone Barton, suggested I try the Bindu
Yoga Studio in West Palm Beach.
After she left The Palm Beach Post, she spent a year in Zambia as a Knight
Health Journalism Fellow, working with journalists there to develop in-depth
health reporting. She parlayed that experience to win a coveted Nieman
Journalism Fellow for the 2010-2011 school year at Harvard University in
Boston where she studied global health research and ethics.
Now she is back in Palm Beach County and trying to keep her friends healthy.
So I gladly agreed to try Bindu Yoga.
Bindu Yoga
She pointed out that a current co-worker and friend, Mitra Malek, also teaches
yoga there. I've taken some of Malek's classes when she taught Monday evenings
at the now-closed Soma Center in Lake Worth. At Bindu, she teaches a Wednesday
morning class called Vinyasa Hour -- exactly when I am working.
**Community yoga**
Barton also goes to a Saturday morning by-donation class at the Bindu studio,
which just celebrated nine years at its current location. The money supports
various local charities, including those that serve the homeless, high-risk
