Many of us want to make Eco-friendly changes but don’t know where to start or
think we don’t have the time. With Earth Day right around the corner on April

Do you think it'll ever be fashionable to be poor?

After this big socialite/celebutante/trust fund baby trend, what do you think the next big trend will be in celebrities or will we turn a 360 one day and the poor will be fashionable?

I know you can argue that they've already became popular because of the hip hop culture exploiting the ghetto and a couple of rock stars creating white/trailor trash chic and the 90s grunge/skater looks. But even then those "poor looking people" were rich or middle class most of the time.
I mean of course it won't happen anytime soon but maybe in 200 or so years. Maybe when the world becomes completely socialist or communist. Or maybe since the 90's was a time of relative financial modesty in Hollywood, they are now exploding from a "repressive" era. Trends and fads swing around a lot in Hollywood.

Just as it is fashionable
to "look" athletic (even inf everyone knows that you only wear the outfit and don't actually work out)
or
to "look" ghetto (even if you couldn't GET more middle-class or any brighter shade of white),
it is seen as a positive
to "look" poor as long as your peers know that you aren't.
*edit- and btw, if everyone can afford to buy a "poor" outfit- how can it be exclusive and actually sell? Fashion is driven by its exclusive nature.

It's a pathetic wad of crap- but that's our culture.
